About Our Business
ValueWrite owner, Valerie Stewart, has more than 20 years
of combined experience in promotional writing, prospect
research, and grants management.
Shortly after earning her BA degree in English/Journalism
from the University of Delaware, she worked as a copy editor
and account executive for an advertising agency in the
Philadelphia area.
Most recently, she oversaw all foundation and government
grants activity for a world-renowned museum, garden, and
library.
Throughout the years, Valerie has produced ads, flyers,
brochures, letters, articles, newsletters, grant proposals, and
reports. She also is an expert in prospect research, familiar
with a wide variety of resources that are instrumental in
identifying foundation, corporate, and government funding;
her analytical skills and a great instinct for the best match
have garnered hundreds of grant awards totaling millions of
dollars. Valerie's experience and reputation are priceless.
